And what do you mean "if you can ever get back to normal".....come on man. I know that's the downswing brain talking. Go read the recoveries when you're feeling like this or better yet, do a mega breathing session for an hour and then blast a cold shower for 3-5 minutes. That will DEFINITELY get your head in the right space.
As a matter of fact, I've been trying not to drink myself into oblivion on the weekends anymore. Saturday comes rolling around and me and the old lady will start knocking them back. Some times I drink just because it's the weekend.....not good or healthy. I really only want to do it anymore at parties or gatherings. It's amazing what a breathing session and a freezing cold shower will do to your thoughts.....
