    thanks cd.

    really nice upswing this week. Averaged just one wake in 9 hours everyday and quickly go back to sleep. Wake up with diamond cutting hard erections and good libido. Hopefully this sticks with me and doesn't go away.

    the one thing sexually that lags the most is response to visual stimuli. 95% of the time I'm able to have sex and get erections but for pornography (not that I watch a lot I generally avoid) i need to kinda warm myself up more. Whereas pre-pfs I would have a boner before I even saw the pornography.

    bit of a down swing past few days. libido down and had that wake half way into sleep where it was hard to fall back asleep. tired/wired feeling. so popped l-theanine which seems to do the trick for me that oh so familiar feeling.

    before that though i was feeling great and to be honest i felt the best when i was doing 600mg andro that first week. goooot so aggressive like the way i used to when i was a lot younger even.

    thing that's super annoying is the weird sensation in my head never goes away. all other symptoms though do fluctuate from better or worse and when it's an upswing i think everything is better face/sleep/libido/mood etc.

    down swing getting worse. sleep back to shit wake up exhausted. with those heart pains that went away.

    doesn't help that my sister leaves her baby here for my parents to babysit and their crib is right next to my office... and she has another one on the way fml

    I was hoping this deep into the protocol sleep issues wouldn't be a thing but if I can ever get back to normal i'll be forever greatful cuz life's a living hell at times with this condition.

    edit; kinda cringe at my posts during down swing but feel better as I get my day going and cold showers suck but i feel much better after

    You know the deal. That's the way it goes. Just go back and read some posts from when you were in an upswing to remind yourself.

    And what do you mean "if you can ever get back to normal".....come on man. I know that's the downswing brain talking. Go read the recoveries when you're feeling like this or better yet, do a mega breathing session for an hour and then blast a cold shower for 3-5 minutes. That will DEFINITELY get your head in the right space.

    As a matter of fact, I've been trying not to drink myself into oblivion on the weekends anymore. Saturday comes rolling around and me and the old lady will start knocking them back. Some times I drink just because it's the weekend.....not good or healthy. I really only want to do it anymore at parties or gatherings. It's amazing what a breathing session and a freezing cold shower will do to your thoughts.....

    yeah when I get into a downswing i get super pessimistic. thanks CD. one thing that's really great for me is phenibut 1-2 times a week. The days I use it I'm able to sleep for like 11 hours (one or two brief wakes) but becuase of that I get like 6-7 sleep cycles and feel AMAZING. (average monophasic sleep is 5 cycles) so if I do it twice a week I get 4 extra cycles which usually patches up any down swing sleep nights.

    the breathing really helped when I was getting panic attacks when i first crashed. it's more subtle now. the cold showers though are HUGE. Still super hard for me to do but I still do them and never stopped. (I used to do them before I got PFS too)

    One thing that is amazing about the cold showers that I really love is the ability to create positive changes in the brain that carry over into EVERY other area of your life.

    What I found helpful for myself was getting a water proof time that I keep in the shower. I set it for the amount of time I want to be exposed and I just DO IT, despite whatever the fuck my head is doing. I know that NO MATTER WHAT, I'm going to be in this cold water for the next minute or two, so I may as well just sack up and deal with it. Sometimes I would actually scream in anger, because I didn't feel like doing it that day for whatever reason....(this was in the earlier years)

    I can tell you that EVERY single time I did it, I felt better about everything else in my life. Something so simple. That's fantastic that you stuck with it. Alot of guys don't. For me a cold shower after a breathing session is one of the most euphoric things you can naturally do.

    Usually when you really don't feel like doing it is when you need to do it the most.

    Just becareful with that phenibut man. I never had the ability to use it properly. (I have an addictive personality) Got myself into trouble more then once with that shit. Kratom too.

    I don't fuck with it anymore because of that reason. For those who can use it properly though, it's a game changer for sure.

    3) Sexual 66% (Can have sex consistently twice a week often more. Sometimes Erections aren't as hard as they used to be. And I can't be as much of manwhore as I used to be the girls have to be hotter and find it harder to get into older girls. Also takes a little warmup time. There have been many days though where my libido was like 100%. Especially during my first prohormone cycle and a bit into this one too. Was able to go more than one round 3x this month but only with girls I was very attracted too.



    4) Mentally 97.5% (Pretty much back to normal mentally.. sometimes I have a tad of brain fog but that's almost completely gone.) Also energy is not as much as it used to but I think it's also a combo of not abusing coffee like I said for physical.



    So overall 85% if u average that out but I'm thirsting for recovery so I can hit the coffee hard like I used too (with a bit more responsibility of course) and just get those diamond cutter erections/lust back because sex is extremely big part of my life and I dedicated so much time/energy getting good at getting it so it's shame to lose the ability so early in life lol.

    I still do have down swings though as I say.

    very nice deeeeep sleep last night. slept straight 7 hours. woke up to pee and then slept another 2 hours. (I used to sleep 9 hours of sleep daily yes I know excessive long sleeper haha)

    also woke up with really good libido reminds me what a beast I was haha

    one thing that I have that seems to go away so not too worried about but I have a bit of a sting in my lower back like I pinched something.

    I had it before like 2-3 years ago and it goes away if I left less weigh / recover from yoga.

    so thinking of dropping the weight a little bit so hopefully it goes away. hope it's not anything to serious. not the worst thing in the world but sting is annoying. I haven't been doing foam rolling cuz I figured yoga would be enough.
