    Day 4:

    Yesterday, my head felt like it was in a vice inside an oven. Don't know why this happens with R-andro. Coffee seems to make it go away. Could be the gaba effect. Some grogginess as well. Just want to get it over with at this point. Don't like using pro hormones. Dosage was 400mgs taken in the morning and in the afternoon.

    On the upside, raging nocturnals in the first few days of using this. Hopefully not just coincidental.
