What's up everybody, I was a big fan of the Primordial products/forum and wanted to contribute here. I am currently on week 4 of a Test E cycle, 180mg e3d and I'm loving it and killing it in the gym. Anyway, I have tried epistane/dhea in the past and enjoyed that as well. My diet is on point.. i.e. I eat egg whites, chicken breast, almonds, brown rice(pasta), etc. Basically I've left simple sugars behind, which is a departure from most in the climbing community who don't care/think about these things. I would love to go into more detail, but don't want to waste time if it doesn't benefit you guys that are lifting weights. If anyone would be interested in this log, let me know. I'm 23, 5-9, 160lb, don't know bf% but pic will show it's ~10%. My goal is to slowly recomp over the cycle, improve power/power endurance, and basically to start climbing V8 and above.
