15 minutes! That's impressive. Were you doing the breathing exercises the whole time? You felt the internal warmth correct? You must have been going on such an endorphin high it must have been amazing

I just did them before...straight into it after the sauna. I definitely felt the warmth. You actually don't feel cold again until youre out for 5-10 minutes and the numbness starts to wear off lol
