What should I replace my he shou wu with?
Now I'm gonna be straight here, this herb just doesn't do it for me. I'm pretty lame with my herbs and only take 5 different ones on weekdays. So. Currently I'm taking
He shou wu
Ashwaghanda
Lift mode trib
Macuna
Tongkat Ali
I'm considering adding a Saturday and Sunday herb and maybe in a few months going for a different set every other week (fourteen in all)
I already use pine pollen in my shakes so that's out.
What's your favourite herb lads? And why?
I workout Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Progressive overload style, heavy ass compound exercises. Btw.
