    Psycho babble

Many recovery stories stress the importance of psychology in pfs but this doesn't get addressed often in forums. I recently started cognitive behavioral therapy and found this particular video worth sharing. The ideas about psychological injury and breaking unhealthy thoughts/beliefs is very relevant

BD, I completely agree. I believe this is a big part of the reason many of us are in this situation and definitely important as we work our way out of it. Unhealthy thinking leads to stress, anxiety, addiction (porn, drugs/alcohol, food, etc.), depression, etc. that all tax the shit out of our endocrine, digestive, nervous, immune, etc. systems.
