    Getting up to per in the night

    I have been getting up for a pee in the night for a while now, 2, sometimes 3 times which is obviously disturbing my sleep. I assume it's adrenal related but I have tried not drinking water before bed and it hardly helps.
    I generally have no problems getting to sleep initially however.

    Any ideas? Or is it just something I need to deal with until I recover?

    I have this too man it's one of my most stubborn symptoms. It has gotten better but sometimes it's shit where I wake up and can't get back to sleep.

    l-theanine helps me though with this but takes a while to kick in.

    if u find something else that works let me know.

    Ive never had a problem getting back to sleep luckily, but it still sucks.
    Might try the l theanine but will await further replies first, thanks man
    Kind of ironic really, if we went to the doctors with this problem, depending on our age maybe, they might suggest finasteride for BPH 😂

    I've had this symptom as well. Mine has been getting better, but I had many nights where I was up 2-3 times a night to take a leak. The only thing I did was make sure I stopped drinking liquids after 730pm. I would make sure I drank a TON of water during the day, so I wouldn't get dehydrated. Hope it gets better soon, man.
