Apart from the obvious sweet potatoes, potatoes and bananas, what are your favourite backloading foods?
Also, are you concerned with the amount of arsenic in rice?

Ate a lot of rice during my recovery. Wouldn't imagine it's an issue.
I make sorghum pancakes, load them with butter, lemon and organic maple syrup.... dht-boosting deliciousness
I can't back this up with research, but I believe as per various discussions that Basmati and some other type of Indian and Asian rices are fine, w.r.t. Arsenic. Like Jasmine rice.
Basically only carbs I have is: Rice, potatoes, bananas, and blueberries. But I did lose like 100lb as a kid... so kind of obsessed with being skinny/lean. Occasionally cheese 1-2 x per month. Yes, I think it's quite good. Maybe there are different "grades" of rice though. My parents buy tons of rice, they make way way too much food. Also red potatoes, yams and some air fried vegetables also add carbs to my diet. Sharp contrast to my empty apartments.
Oh yeah, I do take grapefruit juice or OJ sometimes late at nite/ or in the morning. But mostly, just because a tiny bit of sugar makes me more awake. Occasionally, I have ice cream or frozen yogurt or eat a sandwich if I feel like I'm undereating.
First 90-120 days after fast, NO cheese, no lactose, no gluten (I just didn't want to mess up results). I do like greek yogurt, but Tubzy has similar oxidation (maybe even faster normally?), and he cut out dairy too. I always had some problem with it. It didn't hurt me more than 1 day or so when added back, but there are cleaner food, I am certain. again though - you do need calories if you workout or play sports all the time.
