    My Protocol Experience

I want to make this as short and detailed as possible.

I would like to give a 3 month update post a 9 day water fast under medical supervision in Sant Rosa, California, The True North Health Center.

There are two things in the medical world:

    1. Universal
    2. Controversial

Water fasting falls under controversial. Today I am still experiencing nausea, and stomach pains, though it has been 3 months since I have finished my water fast. For those who have followed me earlier, around 6 months ago I had a penis pump injury as well, which has still not fully recovered as well, but better then when I first had the injury. Please dont use a penis pump without reading horror stories, not everyone has the same tolerance.

I paid for 21 days of water fasting, but my blood drawn on the 7th day of the fast, has shown that my creatinine function was to high. Results came in on the 9th day of the fast. My supervising doctor told me to break the fast.

Due the immense pain I'm in from the water fast, I went to an MD, who prescribed me Prilosec for acid reflux, which helped, but then after 3 weeks, has given me rashes on my feet, now I will wait to see if it goes away, then probably go back to the MD, and get a different drug for acid reflux.

Overall my experience with the protocol has been very negative, and would never recommend it, but I do recommend the universal part of the protocol (IE Gym, diet, holistic lifestyle).

As far as PFS itself, I believe a lot of it is phycological for myself, so this forum isn't the right place for me in the first place. I believe that any PFS protocol should first include seeing a PHD therapist for cognitive therapy behaviour, since once a person finds out about the state of life he could be in when reading all the horror stories online, it creates massive havoc for most. Its a major life crises, and the first step is to go to therapy. Similar if GOD forbid your entire family perished suddenly. Its a fact that your brain can alter your pituitary gland function, this has been even been studied by the famous PFS doctor Alan Jacobs alan jacobs md's blog

PFS is rare, but from reading 100's of stories, it seems for most with time, they recover, and move on with their life, PFS is something that can destroy your head space, and prevent you from achieving your goal, which is why many protocols include mind relaxing techniques. The first step should always be to get into a good head space otherwise weather you actually have PFS or not, you will have 0 libido.

Does it seem like you will eventually make a full recovery from the penis pump injury?

God willing I should fully recover.

My injury is nothing compared to those who 10 years later still cant obtain an erection.

I had pain for 2 months, which I no longer have, when I have pain, its my pelvic floor that hurts, the pump definitely messed with my pelvic floor.

I can get an erection without pain as well, but if I ejaculate its painful after, and that can usually last for 12-24 hours. Hopefully with more time this will go away fully.

I strongly advise people against using the Pump, there is no shortage of men who were irreversibly damaged by it.

As of today all this protocol has done was set me back. If I think of PFS, then I will have PFS. If not, then I wont have it. For me its anxiety, and I'm fully aware of it.

how'd you get the pump injury cause I'm getting pretty addicted to using it presex... I do at least 15 mins once a week and then I've been doing 6 mins pre-sex other nights.

I till today don't understand how it exactly happened after only 90 seconds of use, but clearly I was sensitive to it.

The FDA themselves also have a limit of how much pressure should be used, I understand that the FDA is not the most trusted source around here, but if the FDA who says to take something, which ends up being bad (FIN), even the more so if they say NOT to take something, how even the more so you should listen to them.

I also spoke to an MD (urologist) about penis pumps, he explained that he's not such a big fan, since it doesn't actually bring in the same source of blood of an erection. The blood is coming from another source. He did explain in detail but it was a while ago, and I don's exactly remember all of it.

there was no warning sign during the 90 seconds? Just all at once trauma?

I wouldn't say it totally healed at all, I have a way to go, but with time it seems to get better.

BTW just an FYI to add to my post earlier, most MD's, and most Naturopath Doctors are against the idea of water fasting. They will tell you, it may heal one issue, but it will cause another issue. This is where I'm holding now.

for me the water fast was a net positive. I know msot md's and naturopaths are against it but also 1) it's hard to make a buck off of it 2) they go in save my ass mode cuz it can be dangerous.

I got into electrolyte issues doing it on my own but relatively got through unscathed and got me huge bounds in recovery. It for sure is risky though and I was so desperate than that I actually was willing to die for recovery cuz I felt so shit. I have so much gratitude today from where I came from.

that's good that your penis is getting better bro lol hope your soldier is back to stand in full attention soon. I'm sure it will be. one thing I learned from this is how resilient our bodies are. feel like I came back from the dead at times.
