Pfs about 8 months later with no improvements. I desperately need help from you guys

    My story.
    I'm 24 years old.
Early this year I took finasteride for about a week and stopped Beacause of sides.
Made mostly a full recovery in 3 weeks.
Month later I decided to try again on a much lower dose for only 2 days and stopped. Thoght I'd recover again but never did.

So sometimes I get morning wood and I can masturbate to porn but the erections are weak and generally I don't feel horny anymore.

    About my lifestyle,
I workout and exercise all the time however I admit I do drink a lot with friend as I find it hard not to when they are drinking. I'm a lonely person so drinking and being with friends keeps me sane.

I did try cutting out alcohol, porn and masturbating for about 2 weeks. I know that's not long but it didn't make much difference so I thought there was no point continuing.
I tried herbs. Maca and butea supera I think butea did make me slightly hornier in the mornings so I'm trying to keep hope.
Some days I felt a bit hornier than others.

Caffeine keeps me awake at night so I haven't been sleeping too well. I started drinking decaf tea at night but want to cut out caffeine altogether.

And about fasting and juice feasting. - never did it as it seems too hard. I live an active lifestyle, cycling, running and muay Thai so fasting I think will be really difficult and I don't know if it will even work.

So I need you guys to motivate me to try the protocol more. Is juice feat crucial? And no alcohol?
Also I bought a penis pump but haven't used it much.

First of all, welcome to the shit. Enjoy your stay as best you can.

Good on you for using the herbs and working out. Keep that up. They won't feel like they're having much of an impact at first, but they will the longer you keep going.

I would absolutely do the juice feast. At the very least, do it for five days. A week is better. 10 days even better than that. I went to the movies and ate out with my friends while doing it. I just brought glass bottles with the juice in it and didn't order anything.

As for alcohol, stay way for now. Have fun with friends, but you don't need to drink. It's just going to put stress on your body that you don't need right now.

I've done the protocol for about a year and a half now. Before I was barely incoherent, slept three hours a night, was an anxious wreck, and had so much brain fog I couldn't think straight. Oh, yeah, and also had a dumb ass dick that didn't work for shit.

Now, mentally I'm all good with some bouts of anxiety and depression (which I had before PFS, so NBD). I also lack a little motivation that comes with DHT, but that comes and goes depending on upswings/downswings. Basically, the only thing I have left to conquer is some libido and ED. But keep in mind I took Fin for 9 years, so I may be in for a tougher battle than you.

Just do it, man. It works.

Also, change your sign name man. Jeez. That's in terrible taste.

    Thanks for the response.

For the feast, was it hard for you? Its the only thing putting me off. The difficulty.

Sorry bout the name. Just something I thought of really quickly. I'll change it once I figure out how

It wasn't that bad. A helluva lot less bad than PFS at that stage.

The sign name is fucking killing me lmfaooo.
Tasteless but I just find it hilarious how that’s what you come up with in the pfs state.

A lot guys have their own thing or something inspirational about recovering as their name (ImpendingRecovery, DrivenToRecover etc.)... yet this guy comes up with this. It’s too funny how some of you guys come up with these names while your in a living hell.

    The Trump dude too, hilarious.

“CdsNuts”.. dude was suffering on Propecia Help & was finding ANY way to see the light & THATS the name he comes up with in a depressed/anxious/emotionless state. Lollllll
His balls all cold shriveled up & tucked in his body talking about CdsNuts lmaoo

cdsnuts is classic. remember durantia's post 'bunch of guys with broken dicks on an anonymous forum following the teachings of a guy that goes by 'cdsnuts'.'

I'm sure NJT didn't mean to hurt anyone with his name and it was just out of self-amusement lol

    Jack nap is right.
Although now I'm thinking maybe the name was a bad idea because it's taking attention away from the actual post.
I need support as much as I need humour haha

I wonder if, instead of doing the feast, you could do infrared saunas/coffee enemas to cleanse? (If you had the equipment) Just throwing it out there.
Personally I feasted for almost 3 weeks and have done saunas for a while. Recently started coffee enemas, surprisingly refreshing lol.

    What I would do:

1-In the beggining, the thing that kept me sane was MEDITATION, try it, even for 5 minutes. Is is simple but at the same time hard as fuck. Your mind will wonder like crazy. It´s ok, keep focusing in your breathing (or the point of attention you chose). It does work wonders, it just takes persistence, Educate your mind.

2-Realize this is hard us fuck, you will have to do things that ordinary people don´t to get back health. Realize, though, that recovery is super possible. I´m very near and I´m just doing it 60% of what Jack Kruse advocates. It´s just that you´ll have to change many things in your life. Don´t expect to just take a bunch of suppls and recover.

3-Get outdoors a lot. No contact lenses, glasses or sunglasses, at least for 20-30 minutes, first time in the morning and also midday. Expose as much skin to it as possible. Work out outdoors, in the sun. If you are too tired just walk, but outside during daylight, avoid indoors living.

4- Try spending as much time in nature as possible, especially low EMF environment. Check the other posts I wrote. Check Dr. Jack Kruse´s work.

5- Don´t go out at night Avoid excessive blue light, especially at nights. Reduce cell phone and wifi usage. Learn about air-plane mode of your mobile phone, activate that. Get a pair of cheap Uvex blueblockers. Yeah, this was tough for me. Realize what I said at point number 1: How hard do you wish to recover?

6-Keep learning. Appreciate reading and implementing new practices, especially natural and safe ones.

    Take care man
