I was taking mucuna, tribulus, maca, marapuama, catuaba, ginseng, blackberry/mulberry because I saw that is good for libido. I noticed if I take rotate one herb every day I don't feel much results comparing to take just tribulus once every 2 weeks. For example I take them and then I skip the tribulus day and wait for it the next week. Tribulus work better like this. Ginseng I don't like, I felt like it was making me crash everytime I took it, it was panax ginseng. The maca I bought wasn't doing its job, mucuna and mua puama I was feeling nothing from it, catuaba I feel more libido but its not like tribulus or tongkat ali, its a different libido, more mental, its not like the other herbs that makes you feel everything better.
So I decided to stop all of them and take just tribulus once every 14 days and I get even better results, I'm thinking about rotating tribulus, tongkat and maca. I saw a lot of recoveries with these three herbs, I don't know but I think the 7, or 10 days rotation cycles weren't as good as one herb every 14 days, at least in my case.
Tribulus alone made my balls huge once, and made my chest flat (I have gyno). The problem that I was still struggling to stop alcohol and weed, and also too much cafeine made me crash hard.
