    No Anxiety? - Anyone else?

    So first of all,

    hello to all of you guys. Im new here.
    I have read a lot already and will start with CDīs trail as soon as possible.

    So my question is... does someone else donīt have any anxiety anymore? For me its the case...

    Iīm just asking because for the first few days i had the symptoms, i had very bad anxiety. Allmost the whole day.

    Then i got Anhedonic and the anxiety vanished completely.
    *I can think about how bad future might be...no anxiety
    *I can come to a close traffic accident...no anxiety

    Is there anyone else, wo also experience/d this?

    Sounds like me, at my worst I had zero anxiety, complete anhedonia and emotional numbness. One time I got within a hair of being hit by a car when I was on my bike and I had zero reaction to it. I'm PSSD though, not PFS.

    Personaly I think PSSD and PFS are very similar.

    So you wrote, as your "No Anxiety-State" is something of your past? Thats awesome. I mean its kind of a nice experience, to have no fear but, i want my own self back.
    Are you improving and do you think the protocol from Cds ist the right for you?

    Yeah I think they're very similar too, that's why I'm giving CD's protocol a shot

    I just started a week ago so I'm finishing up my juice feast now, nothing to report yet.

    I do feel a little bit of anxiety now sometimes but it's still all very blunted. I used to have extreme social anxiety though before this.

    Started 0 anxiety too 2 weeks after crashing, i'd take no anxiety over anxiety any day. Still a bit emotional blunt, but not as bad as before.

    Thanks man! same to you.

    I'll be cycling all the herbs I could get from LEH (check totalmaleoptimization.com) + some more that I could get locally, I'll make a list soon. I also got bacopa and lions mane for brain optimization, and ziziphus, magnesium and l-theanine for sleep as needed. I also got chlorella, spirulina and vit D.

    Had absolute 0 anxiety shortly after the crash for like 2 days.

    Was talking to young girls and random people on the street while having a completely nonexistent dick. Felt like on a great dose of cocaine. I'd sell my soul to feel like that all the time lol xD

    yeah I've read it actually raises testosterone. Even if you're not getting laid off of it good to walk for exercise / face to face contact with hot young women is so good for the male organism.
