So I dig rice cakes and cottage cheese. Totally put onto that from MP.

Started doing this recently though....
Rice cakes(2 or 200)
Almond butter spread on top(as much as desired)
Blue berries on top of AB
Local raw honey driZzzzzzle on top
Sprinkled with cinnamon to desired flavor flav.

Now it's not some mondo meal but pairs well with something else. Can change out the blueberries with banana, strawberry, açai berries, Blackberries, shnozberries, or chocolate chips.

Could also probably put some turkey/pork bacon on that too(instead of fruit for the bulkers). With honey still. Maybe not the cinnamon.
