Juicing Question
so we all know the benefits of juicing
was hanging out with my friend who's a PHd chemist yesterday was talking about having a Litre of it 1000% of vitamins and minerals etc.
he said past a certain point the body just pisses it out/expells it. So perhaps litres of that stuff (thank god better for my wallet) is a waste of money.
So if anyone knows probably CD what would be the minimum effective dose for max results portion? maybe 500ml? 250ml?
