    Yes. You only need trace amounts. Too much is no good either.

    You could throw it in once or twice a week or so. I wouldn't go more then that.

    Same with intoxicants. So tempting, but NOT worth it. They'll be plenty of time for that when you're healed. Joe, what are you in your mid to late 20's? You're doing the right thing. I wish I wasn't as weak as I was when it came to partying, because it set me back more times then I can count. You're gonna be solid before you even hit 30.
