Subbed the cheddar for Kerrygold Dubliner cheese, then added in some bacon and HWC.
Was going to add in some chicken but decided that would be to much and just ate the chicken on the side.

Tonight's and last nights soups turned out killer and the blendtec made it a quick and easy task too.

Side note Costco has the Blendtec blenders for 300 right now.

Those 2 are LC too. Ate 2/3rds of the pie and ice cream Saturday and finished the rest last night. Checked my blood sugar and it only went up to 92 so not much impact at all. Both packed a good amount of fat and tasted damn good.

That ribeye last night was damn good too.

Hope I ate enough this weekend to fuel some squats tonight.

I'll take a nice big ribeye over any other cut because you get lots of bang for your buck.
