    Gonna diet and train like crazy for these next 8wks.
    Turning 30 and want to enter the 30s in the best shape I can be in.
    I won't be stopping in 8wks just want to set a date to see where I can get so I have a goal to work to.

    Just need my midsection and chest to catch up with the rest of me.
    Been keepimg the Diet, Training, and Cardio pretty damn consistent and this coming Monday will be the first time dropping cals and that's just to speed things up a bit to lean out for my bday then I'll get right back to eating around 3000-3500 Mon-Fri with the weekends ending where they want because that's what I've been doing and it's just been a steady recomp for WEEKS and it doesn't even feel like a diet because I enjoy what I eat.
    If cutting cals during the week kills any performance or my energy I'll just add them back in and have 1 day a weekend where I let the cals get a little high.
