Been keepimg the Diet, Training, and Cardio pretty damn consistent and this coming Monday will be the first time dropping cals and that's just to speed things up a bit to lean out for my bday then I'll get right back to eating around 3000-3500 Mon-Fri with the weekends ending where they want because that's what I've been doing and it's just been a steady recomp for WEEKS and it doesn't even feel like a diet because I enjoy what I eat.
If cutting cals during the week kills any performance or my energy I'll just add them back in and have 1 day a weekend where I let the cals get a little high.
