Alright guys here's a little update on things.
Last 2 days am/pm cardio sessions I've done my max time of 35 minutes like its nothing so I'll be upping the speed just a hair tomorrow.
I'm feeling great and stronger everyday.
So I met a new girl and come to find out she's in the sports medicine field...
On top of that she eats and lives healthy and on top of all that she's very good looking and likes me. Lol
So I guess I'll find out if this type of girl is any better than a normal gal...
Worse case I get a few free check ups and learn something.
I'm pretty much done with all the new phs and supps that are coming out and I plan to just start using real gear and running 1 nice long cycle a year. When you figure it out its way cheaper this way, the gains will be held better, safer, less sides, and the list could go on.
Cash spent on 1 8 week cycle of AM or AB is crazy and that price doesn't get much better when running 6wk ph cycles either.
I don't have anything stoping me or keeping me from pinning so I figured I might as well and save some cash at the same time.
Fuck it I've been up since 4am and now its 5am so I'm gonna take some pre and go hit a workout.
No point in laying in bed any longer!!
So glad I got out of bed and did cardio because it was so damn easy!!
Maxed out incline 12% and 4mph the whole 36 minutes!!
Was sweating like a hog and it was probably around 36 inside my workout room.
Not really doing anything at work today so I'll just chance the oil and fuel filter on my truck and call it a day.
Haven't been posting my meals lately because it just been the same thing all week.
Chicken, broccoli, and a Greek yogurt dipping sauce for lunch and chicken salad with a bunch of stuff for dinner.
Today I did make a new lunch meal and it tasted great.

Super easy, quick, and tasty...
A that's needed is broccoli, chicken, and Greek yogurt for a dressing.
Only used 1/3 cup or less of yogurt but added a avocado to it.
Took all of 5-10 minutes to make.

Oh and that's my pre workout meal for deads this evening.
Still going to keep the weight pretty light but lots of reps..
Not trying to kill/drain myself right before I leave out of town for the Christmas.

Its not my heart that need to be won but my attention is what regular girls can't keep. As soon as things get stale or boring I'm gone.
