I believe its just a rebound gut and fat more than anything.
I don't eat any carbs that spike insulin, other than my CarbNite that I just started, and I've only had one of those.
Saturday or Sunday is my next one

Working on my shoulders, back, arms, and everything else I can hit.
The plan right now is to lean up and try and get big up top them when I get back to squats and deads I'll hit them hard and let my legs just blow up like they always do.
I need to be leaned out a good bit by 2/23/13 because I'll probably be on a little trip or vaction for the bday of the girl I'm talking to.
