    Yeah CarbNite is working great for me and following it is so easy for me to do. I kick myself everyday for not starting this shit earlier. Lol

    Legs are my favorite and everyday is a squat or dead lift day. Everyday!!!
    Lighter weights lots of fucking reps... For now until my leg is 6-8 weeks out of the boot then I'll take my lifts up a notch.

    No carbs for 6.5 days and then you load carbs for 6-8hrs leading up to your bed time.
    Its simple as fuck and you reay can't go wrong if you don't eat any carbs and keep the fats high.

    If your looking to recomp or drop BF I'd try out Carb Nite Solution or a variation of it. There really is nothing to lose (other than fat) by trying it out. Give it 4 weeks and if your not happy drop it and go back to your regular diet.
    After eating like this for a month I don't plan on ever eating different unless I have to.

    so the diet consists of meats and low carb veggies and thats pretty much it? is the an amount you try to stay under?

    As little carbs as possible is best but keep it under 30 a day and never more than 10g at a time.
    Lots of saturated fats and meat.

    Here's how I eat all the time.
    Pound of bacon 6-8 whole eggs the fried cheese is a treat and not a part of a normal meal.


    1.25# of beef, .5# bacon, and a bunch of spinach

    I started light and was out for a month but strength is there just letting the leg heal good and strong.
    I've never felt this good in my life!!!

    I sound like I'm pimping this diet but I seriously enjoy eating like this and 1 CarbNite a week is perfect for me and my lifestyle.
