    Pulling 315 today is a big step forward for me, and to have it feel the way it felt in my hands was even better because I never struggled for a single rep. Last week I was just doing reps of 225.

    Oh, and it means I'll hit 275-315 on squats Wednesday!!!

    I like the way this sounds, I gave the keto a chance a while back, but didn't really dig it that much... I just don't think I ate enough fats though. But now with all the grassfed organic ground beef I eat, coupled with all the organic whole eggs, organic cheese, and organic butter, I think i got the fats down. I may give this a try sometime in the summer.

    If your eating all that good stuff now jump in this diet. All you'd need to do is have a CarbNite every 6-8 days and eat less than 30g carbs a day. I was keto and a bunch of other low carb protocols and I never enjoyed them much but this CarbNite diet rocks.
    I'm putting on pounds and leaning out while on 8 caps of AndroMass and I just started Osta at 12.5mg.

    I'm pulling conventional.

    I finished the workout with wide grip pull-ups

    You'll like this diet, and its so simple and works well if you keep it simple.
    No carbs 6.5 days then carb up for 6-8hrs leading to bed. Done deal. Lol
