    Here's the plan for the rest of the week.....

    I have a feeling this week is going to be a good one!!!!
    Tomorrow I plan to drop the cals more since its not a big lifting day.
    Thinking 2300 cals tomorrow then back to 2800 for Wednesday then Thursday and Friday will be 2300 cal days.
    Back half of the week will be lower fat because my CN will be DIRTY as HELL!!
    Then Saturday I'll have eat about 1k cals and then I'll start my CN around 2-4pm and end it at 10-12.

    My LOW cal lunch!!!
    1lbs shrimp
    .5lbs bacon
    Half bag veggies

    Cooked bacon then added shrimp


    Removed some shrimp to make tossing the salad in easier. Lol

    Whoever decided to call this food-porn wasn't exaggerating much. Some of these meals are making me drool and lust for them like they were a sexy 20 year old woman.

    My mouth and jaw do the strangest shit while I'm cooking because it smells so fucking good I don't know what to do!
    That meal right there is only 760 cals... Ate about 1.5hrs ago and I'm still full.
    Tonight's meal will be a killer ass meal with 2-3 chicken breast.

    LOL. I'm sure it will be good. I'm a picky eater and a lot of the food in this thread had looked pretty good!

    This post has got me thinking more about cleaner refeeds and I'm going to back out of the doughnut challenge and clean up this weeks refeed. It'll be based on rice products and the dirtiest it'll get is waffles and Rice Krispie treats.

    I can eat doughnuts anytime and right now isn't the time and I need to focus on leaning out.

    Ummm... silly vegans and vegetarians? I went back through the last 7 or 8 pages with my gf to show her some of your meals and now she's craving some bacon too. lol
