Its offical...
I must be packing on some mass because today I've made 3 stops for parts and supplies and each time I've had someone ask me what I'm doing and taking. Lol
My answer is eat big and lift as heavy as you can.
Crashed out like a rock last night and woke up feeling GREAT, but it looks like some stole my muscles.
I'm flat as fuck....
Why you need to CarbNite for 6-8hrs and why you need high GI carbs..

Here's a video on low fat CarbNites and how I'll be doing mine for the next couple weeks.
How To Keep Those Pounds Falling Off While On A Low Fat Carb Nite - YouTube
I'll be watching those when I get home from work. One point I haven't seen mentioned is that people may respond differently depending on their age. Also, I'm curious about the effect of consuming 500gms of liquid carbs post workout, what's the max you or VayneZ have done, post workout 15, minute window?
Kiefer has a shit ton of videos and lots of good info in them.
I'm 27, how old are you??
I don't don't drink any of my carbs.
My CarbNite is for enjoying carbs not drinking them. Lol
This weekend my refeed is going to be pretty sane and I plan to do something like this.
3pm 1box cereal
4pm Some jelly beans
5pm Sushi or another lean and carb loaded meal
6pm Fat free fro yo
7-8 I'll keep it fat free but not sure what. Maybe rice or some waffles
9-10 Right before bed 1 pan of Rice Krispie treats.
That's a super low fat CN and it looks super tasty to me.
If all goes as plan Ed this will be one of my smallest CarbNites also. I'm after maximum fatloss right now and that's why I've changed things up.
This is awesome info!
How many times a week does Kiefer recommend carbnite? only once a week? or more?
