    Oh and last night I was thinking what the hell should I do with these left over doughnuts because I only ate 3-4.
    I'm going to load up all my left overs and give them to a homeless or needy person. I gave a guy 5 bucks yesterday and I was pisses I didn't give him my doughnuts instead so I'll be going back to his spot and hooking him up fat...

    Yesterday was my last day on AndroMass, so this week will be a test to see if I can maintain the mass gained while completely ULC.
    So this coming week will NOT be lower cals. They are going back up to 3-3.5k a day. My diet this week will be Beef, Bacon, Butter, Chicken, Tuna and Coconut Oil. Veggies will be added to soak up the fat.

    Dude, that bowl of those marshmellow pebbles!!! ahhhh I so want to eat my box RIGHT NOW!!!

    I'm doing tomorrow ULC (yup, extending my carb day for Tuesday), for the reason that tomorrow is a national holiday on the Island. Stupid gym is closed! So I'll do delts and tri's Tuesday, so I'll do Carb Nite also Tuesday. I'll be then carb depleted for 7.5 days.... first time I'm holding it this long!

    And btw Scope, you're the man! You're the man! SICK how amazing you are transforming in those pics!!!!!

    The LIFE log of Scope75.....

    I don't know how the fuck you can get all that down man. I tried last weekend couldn't even get to 300g in 2 hrs. Of coarse I have only been eating a max of 200g per day for over a year now of complex carbs.

    Trying again tonight for 400-500g . It is cool to eat stuff I have not had in years and not feel so guilty. All my stuff is low fat simple carbs to drive the sugar spike.

    It's been time for a change up in my diet and since I'm mid cycle it shouldn't hurt anything.

    No PCT yet.
    I'm still on 12.5mg Osta and 5 pumps dermacrine.
    As soon as the Osta is done I'll start my PCT up.
    Torem and PP TRS.. Have other natty products I'll be using also.

    VayneZ that extra day isn't a problem and you don't have to workout before your CN so if you wanted to do it today it would be fine.

    Can't wait to see where I'll be in a few more weeks..

    It's no cake walk getting the amount of food down that I do. I eat 8hrs straight and I put on 10-15 pounds every refeed.

    I sometimes train a crew of 4 or 5 peepz on leg day. Some of them are REALLY hardcore yet I kill them suckaz! And When they're almost about to die, I scream at them: ''YOU THINK THIS IS HELL!?!?! WAIT TILL YOU NAIL 1.5k + OF CARBS IN AN 8 HOUR SESSION!! THAT! IS HELL!!!! LEG DAY IS EASY! TRAIN! ''
