June 6th
Woke up at 4am and went straight to the gym and fucking smashed squats for 1hr straight!!!!
6 rounds of HIIT 30 on 1:30 rest

Did 6-10 pull-ups between each set of squats.
This is also the 6th day of my 30 day Paleo challenge and being ULC.

Took the first half of the week off from lifting because I just didnt have any drive to lift. Kinda glad I didn't force myself to lift because it felt so good to be fresh and to get back at it.
Goal for this month is to hold onto as much strength as possible and get myself back to eating right and having some control like I had before starting CNS.
I feel good but cravings are killer but its not a carb craving its I just never get full and want to eat and eat and eat. I've been eating around 3-4lbs of meat every day, on top of 2-3lbs of veggies and I still want more!!!
Can't wait to be fully fat adapted in the next week or so because I think that will help with the hunger games.
