Yeah CarbNite is working great for me and following it is so easy for me to do. I kick myself everyday for not starting this shit earlier. Lol
Legs are my favorite and everyday is a squat or dead lift day. Everyday!!!
Lighter weights lots of fucking reps... For now until my leg is 6-8 weeks out of the boot then I'll take my lifts up a notch.
