What kind of wieght are you squating now a days??
after reaching 460, my knee got injured and I've been sticking to 405 for a few weeks. Repping out around 3 to 4 reps.
This week since I'm trying to apply the accumulation phase principles I sumo squatted 275 today, 10 reps solid, without much effort to. I mean, I felt it! Felt amazing! And I'm damn sore already! But it wasn't that difficult going down and up.
Friday I'll be squatting normal, and I'll see if I can stick around 315's.
These 3 weeks I'm NOT going heavy... giving my CNS a chance to regain power and work capacity.

Then I screwed up and forgot to jump on the scale so I'll to that tomorrow morning, but Ive got to be around 190-195.
Well that's me 13 days depleted/ulc and I haven't touched or lifted anything in 8 weeks.
So I've been weed free since last Friday and after 3 days I've started to dream again and damn did I miss dreaming at night.
After a couple weeks I plan to go pick up some edibles and see if they will hit me like they should because I've never had any crazy experiences with them but I read and heard its the shit so I'm hoping they will have more kick now that I'm not smoking it. I'll probably pick up a volcano vaporizer when I do start back up just be ause its healthier than inhaling smoke all the time. Won't get rid of my 2 footer because when all else fails that never does. Lol
