Just 40-80min a day of treadmill walking. That equals 500-1000 cals burned so says the treadmill.
Max incline at 3mph is my sweet spot.

It's mixed with lemon and a steak seasoning then right before I eat it I'll mix in the avocado so it taste good and doesn't end up having that old avocado flavor.
