Here's the plan for the rest of the week.....

I have a feeling this week is going to be a good one!!!!
Tomorrow I plan to drop the cals more since its not a big lifting day.
Thinking 2300 cals tomorrow then back to 2800 for Wednesday then Thursday and Friday will be 2300 cal days.
Back half of the week will be lower fat because my CN will be DIRTY as HELL!!
Then Saturday I'll have eat about 1k cals and then I'll start my CN around 2-4pm and end it at 10-12.
