Had a off day backload last night and hit SQUATS this morning.
My workout and rest of the day felt great and its still feeling good. Not sure if its the carbs or the HIIT first thing in the AM. I'm thinking its the HIIT making me feel so good because when I'm unable to do HIIT I feel like SHIT!!
