I'd love for it to snow here but I'm a few hundred feet to low for the snow.

1 of 4 new bars along with my parachute for sprints arrived today.
Parachute was 30 minutes late so I didn't get to use it for today's HIIT but the bar showed up right as I finished HIIT and it takes some pain out of pressing but some is still there but not as near as bad as a straight bb.

Ranch owner rented this and a pilot to fly over the lemon trees at night to keep the fruit from freezing.

I'll be seeing about taking a ride in it before its gone.

Wow....just the air disruption is enough to stop the frost from settling on the trees??
Total Male Optimization "People who say it can't be done shouldn't interrupt those that are doing it"

    Pretty much...
It keeps the cold air from just sitting around the trees and they also have a bunch of wind/frost protection machines and they do the same thing. These guys spend BIG money to keep the fruit from freezing and it pays off because this last harvest cost the ranch 250k in labor and upkeep but it brought in 1.5M so lots of profit to be made. Plus if the lemons avocados in other areas freeze like they usually do these lemons/avocados become way more valuable.
All I know is I'm hopeing for a fat bonus check for freezing my ass off and running around all day to keep everything going and running smoothly.

    My NEW LOVE......

I straight up love this bar after just 1 session.
Its completely different than straight bar squating and I like it.
Best part is, not a ounce of shoulder pain so I'll be a Squat Whore once again.

I also picked up a Rackable Hex/Trap Bar and that's seems to hit my legs back and lats better than straight bar too. Again not a bit of shoulder pain while lifting but I would get a bit with a straight bar.

Haven't used the Swiss bar yet but I will tomorrow.

Here's the Whole New Family all together. Lol
