Taste might be an issue if MCTs lose maltodextrin.

I've used MCT oil by Olimp that had no maltodextrin or carbs added to it and it tasted fine. Just like coconut oil, in fact

Hell, if it taste like coconut oil, that's a bonus in my book. Isn't the mct from PN in powder form though?

MCT powder gave me really bad stomach issues, I can tolerate the liquid much better. I should mention the one I used wasn't made by PN. You could just use coconut oil.

Coconut oil isn't 100% MCTs, though. I'm looking for using pure MCTs for postworkout time when I start my cycle. I'll be eating coconut oil everyday like I normally do

Parillo has an MCT oil I believe. I still need to do my homework on it before trying it. I take it that it works much better when either fat or carbs is absent in the diet?

I've used Olimp MCT and it was good, no maltodextrin.
