Anyone got CPPS and Hard flaccid as symptoms?

Hi All, I am following the protocol and have made good progress last year. Specifically my orgasm quality and sensitivity are pretty much back to normal. The major issue I have is the pain in the perineum and top of the penis and hard flaccid. I am under the impression this was caused by the severe panic attacks i had during my crashes. Anyone else had these symptoms? Would like to hear them please. I have started doing cpps stretches and it's helping a bit

The other question is that my hair fall has stopped but iam still thinning so thats good hahah. Anyone else experiencing this?

Hey I am new to PFS and yes I have hard flaccid symptoms (Erect in flaccid size shortening the flaccid penis) although it varies throughout the day admittedly. Here are some things I am going to try in the next few weeks.

    1) Reverse Kegels, instead of strengthening pelvic floor, these are to stop spasms and tightening of the pelvic floor. Seems promising.

    2) L-Arginine/L-Citroline are precursors to produce something called Nitric Oxide and can help blood flow (not sure if this can crash people tho but since I am in the early stages I think I could handle it.

    3) Sounds obvious but try to forget about it completely and do more breathing/cold showers. From what I have read hard-flaccid itself can be caused by nervous system distress, anxiety and a few other things so get these things down and it might help.

Hope I could provide something useful

Hey, I just wanted a small update. I started using the pump 2 days ago and have been getting used to it but it has improved my hard flaccid symptoms tremendously.

If you haven't tried it I seriously recommend it. Absolute game-changer. I use the Hydromax variant and for my first couple of pumps, I was a pussy because I don't want to injure myself so I didn't let too much pressure build-up, however, my confidence while using it is building and it's helping more and more. It's been hanging normally since I started using it so fingers crossed haha. Might be worth a shot

HARD FLACCID: DIAGNOSIS, CAUSES, AND TREATMENT - YouTube

This video might help in our recovery from HF Main takeaways are:

    - PDE5 inhibitors - iicarin (Horny Goat Weed), Viagra, Cialis etc.

    - Nitric Oxide Boosters - L-Arginine, L-Citrulline, Beetroot nitrates

    - Reverse Kegels (DO NOT DO REGULAR KEGALS)

    - Avoid Masturbation/Sex (unless it doesn't cause your symptoms to get worse)

    - Don't staying seated for long periods of time. Get up and walk around

    - Check in with a doctor to make sure it's not scar tissue

    - Avoid Jelqing and Penis pumps (I'm guessing if I overpump it would make things much worse so I will stop using it for now)

    - Avoid unconsciously clenching oh the abs/lower area

    - Get some cardio in like the HIIT recommended on the protocol (preferably standing since seated might make it worse)

Thanks mate. Appreciate your help. Also I found that Unraveling Hard Flaccid book to be quite useful. I suggest you read that too.
