How do you know if you’re sensitive to dairy and should avoid it? I feel mostly recovered these days but I notice if I drink lots of yogurt/milk or eat lots of ice cream I get some mild brain fog/lethargic feelings. I’m not sure it this means I’m allergic or sensitive to dairy. I get a similar feeling after I pig out on gluten free carbs post workout so I’m thinking it could also have nothing to do with the dairy but be due to sugar.

Fwiw, I avoided dairy for over a year post crash ”just in case” it could have slowed down my recovery, but have eaten it semi-regularly again since Jan/Feb.

Any thoughts?
