Making my own seems like a lot of work - I know it's about dedication but this would be better than nothing right?

any thoughts? sorry if this has already been answered somewhere ... I've had PFS for 9 months now, took 10 pills in november and december last year (thought only taking one a week would help me avoid side effects). Been back and forth on what to do, but i really feel that following a lifestyle shared with a large team of people like this will really help with motivation and mental health, and not feeling alone in the process.
