Just like hitting the stair climber for 30 mins straight without holding onto the bars at level 10/20. Thats about 3.25 miles on the stair climber and 155 flights of stairs!!! This was my new PR! LOL A couple months back I could barley do 10 mins while holding onto the bars. Not holding onto the bars help stabilize the core and help work those LAM (Little Ass Muscles).
