Thought this was a great idea for posting PRs when you aren't really running a log. I always tell 1 or 2 people but I know you all can relate and it's nice to work hard for results. So, post up your PRs as you go, in whatever lift or activity it is.

So to start...... I hit 320 on bench yesterday at the end of my workout, raw
Today I pulled 445 for the first time. Huge for me, my back, and my reworking of form...
