    At times I just need a boost of courage to get the right way…

    Anyway started my regimen again yesterday.
    Cold shower, paleo diet, herbs rotation, training (soft cause everytime I do it stronger, I feel like exhausted).
    Will update at the right moment..

    Yes, I was pretty recovered, still not 100% but I was doing really good.
