    Sterlo's recovery Thread

    Hi all,
    I just introduced myself in the forum.
    I suffer from pfs since two months now and it looks like it doesn't vanish naturally.
    Someone recommended me this forum and the protocol so I am here trying my best.

    I only took 2mg of fin and it's effects were devasting.

    • ED
    • impotence
    • shrinkage
    • brain fog
    • penis curvature
    • I always wake up at 2-3 am
    • sometimes uncontrolled shaking
    • gyno
    • my pelvic tilt felt swolen


    My bathmate will arrive today and I just ordered Ultra Hard.

    What got better in the last two months:
    Sleep = In the two months my sleep got a little better. I only wake up 2-3 times a week at night.
    Gyno = As fair as I can tell my gyno stopping growing and I have no more pain in my breast.
    ED = I got spontaneous erections and can get aroused sometimes. But the erections aren't rock hard and I lost size.


    What really fucks me up is this brain fog. I feel like I can't think anymore. I need a lot of time for any tasks and as I am working in IT I need my brain to work.

    Also the sexual side effects ... I just came out of a 6 year toxic realtionship. After the breakup I took a 1.5 year break from dating. As soon as I was ready dating again corona started and now this PFS.
    I am currently 27 soon 28 and I have a big fear of missing out as I wasted my early 20's in this shitty relationship.

    Welcome dude,
    You're only 2 months in and you found a toolkit that works!
    However I don't know if Ultra Hard is recommended when you start the protocol. I'll let others tell if I'm wrong

    Thanks man! I really hope I will recover 100%.

    Yes, I already checked the sticky about Ultra Hard.

    I will now start with a 14 day juice feast. Then start the rest of the protocol.

    I am planning on starting Ultra Hard after sticking 3 months to the protocol. It would be great if I wouldn't even need it. I ordered it already because I am afraid there will be delivery bottlenecks due to corona.


    Unfortunately I have no chance to sun my boys. Does anybody know an alternative for this? Maybe a red light therapy lamp?

    I am currently very focused on my recovery so I will try to update this every week. I think this will decrease over time.

    Diet
    I am currently on my third day of the juice feast. I am planning on doing this until next Sunday to 10 days in total.
    Currently I use the following recipe:
    one cucumber
    broccoli or lettuce or celery
    carrots
    oranges or apples or pears

    Brushing
    Done every day.

    Cold Water Therapy
    I start with a warm shower do the brushing and then switch to cold.
    I am already at 30 seconds and will increase this to 45 seconds next week.

    Xenoestrogens
    I switched to new products which are 100% natural. I am from Germany so I switched to the brand "Alverde".

    Sun
    I walked 6 km today and got plenty of sun exposure.

    Pumping
    I use the bathmate and did 3 pumping sessions this week. I am a grower and I can't really get a full erection with the bathmate yet.
    But I am also pretty careful with the pressure currently so we will see how it works out next week. I am also thinking on buying an extender like penimaster or phallosan but I need to do more research first.

    Sun Your Body
    I walk every day for 20 minutes got plenty of sun today.

    Sun Your Boys
    Can't do this. Thinking about getting a red light lamp.

    Masturbation
    I stopped watching porn. I am not sure if stopping masturbation completely is a good thing. I am afraid of getting more shrinkage if I don't use my dick.

    Sleep
    Sleep is bad. I wake up between 2 and 3 am and it is 50/50 if I can sleep again.

    Supplements
    I got 13 testo herbs
    magnesium and glycine for sleep
    bacopa and lions mane for the brain
    chlorella and spirulina and vit d3 as daily
    I will start using them after the juice feast

    Breathing
    This is the hardest one for me. I have plenty of time to do this but I am kind of afraid to be silent with my thoughts if that makes sense?
    I will try to do start this tomorrow.

    Exercise
    Currently no exercise due to the juice feast.
    But I did a 6 km walk today.

    Positive
    I did a short break on my 6 km walk and out of nowhere I got an erection. It was kind of weak but it felt pretty great to know that it is still kind of working.
    My doctor gave me a sick leave for a week. I will try to convince him to extend this to 3 weeks. So I can get a small break from work and built habits with the protocol.
