    Max's update

    Hi!
So briefly, I just started the protocol, here are my remaining symptoms:

    -Cognitive issues, brain fog

-Dysfunction of the Eustachian tube: clogged and sometimes painful ears, stuffy nose, hyperacusis. A little pure tone tinnitus appeared in my right ear recently. Maybe hearing loss or distortion.

    -Digestive issues

    -General fatigue and apathy

-Dry eyes, swollen eyelids, light sensitiveness

    -Long unrestful sleep

-Lack of sexual activity (libido, ED, no spontaneous/morning erections)

    - Gum recession (Well I don’t expect it to regrow but it’s nothing a little surgery can’t fix so idc)

    - Irritated tongue and sometimes sensitive teeth

    - Pulsatile tinnitus when I stand up or bend down (maybe a thyroid problem?)

I think I have a candida that I need to get rid of, it probably is causing nasal congestion and so related ear problems, digestive issues, irritated tongue, acne and a bunch of other things.

I live in my parents house at the moment and it complicate things, I just don’t know how to tell them, they probably think I’m just depressed. I can’t do a juice fast considering this right now but I know it would certainly help a lot.

So I went to an ENT this morning. I passed an audiometry test and told me I have an excellent hearing, beyond normal. So that was a relief. He prescribed me Magnesium B6 to help but I guess it will fix itself as long as I recover.
I still feel my hearing is sometimes kind of muffled, it may be due to my cognitive issues, or maybe I am over analyzing

Edit: I made an erotic dream this night and woke up with a pretty good morning wood. That's encouraging
Drinking a glass of sea salt water everyday seems to really help with my digestion.

    Hey Max,
Ça me confond pas mal.

As for the fear on PH about supplements, I feel a lot of people who are wary of them are in an extremely fragile and bad position and don't want to get worse.

I guess so, I'm not doing too bad but I fear for my ears considering my symptoms. I don't know what to do. The guy I mentioned probably had some sort of Post Aromatase Inhibitor Syndrome which lead to osteoporosis (or something like that) and damage his ear (if we can trust his sayings)

Edit: Paleo diet is doing wonders for me. I went from 80kg (176lbs) to 73kg (161lbs). I'm starting to see my -very big- muscles again.
I'm currently doing a 24h water fast. That's not much but that's all I can afford right now and some guy got rid of clogged ears feeling like that.

I just turned 23 today. Man.. This mess really put perspective to your life. I realized how I wasted my early 20s, I never had the desire to live as much as I do now. One thing is certain, once I'll be done with all of this I will make sure to make my life worth it.
Oh and I had the best present! A full morning wood, it didn't happen once in months.
The only thing that is not improving are my ears. They really put me in discomfort today, the left one decided to taunt me too, it feels like they fill with whatever I can't throw out of my system till a tinnitus comes into the party, as well as a painful hyperacusis.
The stuffy nose, clogged ears, swollen eyelids and dry eyes/mouth are all tied so I'm certain my body react to something as an allergy, and it surely start in my digestive system.

MungYarlon it's dope that you speak french, I had been reading your thread recently and had no idea. Your french is real good don't worry.

    Bref on va surmonter ça

I took four years of French in High school over Spanish because I would go skiing in Quebec every January with my family on a yearly ski trip. Little did I know that the dialect between Canadian French and European French is so great it's almost it's own language. So, in four years, I've remembered one phrase. Nous allons a la plage.....yes, we are going to the beach.....public school at it's finest.
