So I consider myself to be between 90-95% fine now, and certainly well within the parameters of the average person, but I'm looking for more. I ideally want to go back to my peak self, and then some, and was wondering whether continuing the protocol will help with this, or whether I would need to implement further things.

I plan on doing the following:
Herbs
Cold showers
Pro-hormones (haven't tried them yet)
Semi-clean eating (allowing the odd cheat meal or drink)

What do you guys think?
