    Seborrheic Dermatitis

This may not be entirely pfs related, but does anyone know any natural cures for Seborrheic Dermatitis? It seems creams to cover up the symptoms is the only mainstream solution.

Topical MCT oil and Apple Cider Vinegar rinses work well for me.

Here's the MCT Oil I use.

You take in Dairy and gluten, right. I mean, Military chow isn't the best.

I do, but Ive been on the carnivore diet before for a while and didn’t notice a real improvement, but i was eating cheese at the time. The elimination diet or whatever it is called isn’t really a thing I’m willing to go through while I’m out here. Choices can be limited, even with the new DFAC menu being contracted by another company now.. which i think has better food slightly than what i had in Afghanistan.. I’m not willing to foregoing my bowl of trix or lucky charms with milk and a protein shake as my first meal of the day right after the gym. That’s my happy moment xD

DONT TAKE THAT FROM ME. Lol

    Are you avoiding dietary allergens?

I don't have any allergies per testing, but do eat eggs, milk, nuts, etc. And carb backload at night.

You could have a dairy or egg allergy.

I'm water fasting right now actually, and seven days later the dermatitis is worse than day 1. Plus as I said my allergy tests came back negative for everything.
