Doctor that I'm working with right now suggested IV Therapy to help quickly replenish the receptors in the brain etc. and quickly flud the body with nutrients.

if it is indeed a gut thing it (bypasses the gut) and if it's a brain thing phosolyticholine IV can help replenish damaged receptors

I did one vitamin IV and did feel a lot better the next few days. It can make people insta-recover from a hangover and is used in Vegas for that lol
