To the Veterans, How am I doing?

Max out and CD, the veterans of the forum - Appreciate if you guys have comments! I’m trying to go at this as hard as possible. I believe it is wise to seek help from those who have done it.
As a reminder, I am PSSD.

I’ll try to keep this message as brief as possible as to not waste your time, but I am simply wondering to how I am going about applying the protocol, as I believe there are many things to be added, as well as some questions I have.

At the moment, this is what I have done:
    - I started with a 7-day water fast, felt pretty much cured for a couple of days, only to ruin it with lots of gluten for around 2 months. I did another 7-day juice cleanse, unfortunately the juice may have been too chunky. I’ve already planned a third cleanse around November or December, when I can get time off of school. I think I started in the wrong foot here. I was unable to kick my nicotine addiction, but plan to kick that habit off over the next few months, as I prepare for my third cleanse.

    Anyways, here’s my routine:
    - Upon waking up at 9AM, I hit the cold showers (right now doing pretty much fully cold), do some breathing exercises while in there, skinbrushing. Shampoo, body wash all sourced from TMO.
Here, I want to apply around 10mg of Zinc and 2.5mg of B6 (P5P) for my hair. I know this sounds stupid, but I love my hair. A lot. I got a lot of success with women from an early age because of my hair.

    - Take daily herb, first dose of Spirulina/Chlorella (500mg), and Pine Pollen (1/2 teaspoon). I plan to add a Collagen powder into a mixture of hot water, honey, and lemon. I just bought this mixture today from Vital Proteins.

    Herbs, I’m currently rotating:
    1) Pine Pollen Daily
    2) Cistanche
    3) Cordyceps
    4) He Shou Wou
    5) Black Ant
    6) Schisandra
    7) Goji
    8) Shilijat

Bought, and will add to this cycle: Black Maca, Rhodiola, Royal Jelly, Rhodiola, Pine Pollen Tincture,
Iodine (not sure if this is a good source as the one listed on TMO was out of stock).

    - Breakfast: The same everyday:
    1) 5 Eggs (omelette on a frying pan), Spinach, Kale, White Mushrooms, Cherry Tomatoes.
    2) Some Greek Yogurt and 4-5 Strawberries.
    3) One cup of almond milk.
    4) A Can of Tuna and Olive Oil. (Rio Mare brand).
    5) Banana.

    - Core exercise. I do 15 minutes of flexibility work, planks, glute bridges, clamshells, and side planks. This takes around 30-40 minutes in total.

    - Take second dose of daily herb and pine pollen, and second dose of Chlorella/Spirulina (500mg for a total on these supplements). As well as 2000IU Vitamin D3 and 120mcg of Vitamin K2.

    - Lunch: My lunch always includes one chicken breast, and a variety of these vegetables:
    1) Broccoli
    2) Cauliflower
    3) Asparagus
    4) Brussel Sprouts
    5) White Onions
    6) Tomateos (Cherry)
    7) Spinach, in addition to these, white mushrooms.
    Along with Grass-Fed Organic Yogurt.
3 days a week (Monday - Wednesday - Friday), I consume a green shake of celery and carrots.

On Saturday, I make bone broth from Kettle and Fire in addition to lunch.

    - Hit the weights or on Sunday, sprint, and rest on Wednesday/Saturday. I have a four-day split:
    1) Chest/Triceps
    2) Back/Biceps
    3) Legs
    4) Shoulders + 1 Bicep (Hammer Curl) + 1 Tricep (Dips)
Foam rolling on weight lifting days. This takes typically around 20 minutes.

    - Dinner:
Ground Beef or Some sort of steak (all of this, including the vegetables, is as organic as possible and is grass fed. It’s quite expensive though. I season my food only with Organic Paprika, Organic Onion and Garlic Powder. Sometimes I add in black pepper and oregano leaves (not organic, couldn’t find one that is).
I also eat a variety of the vegetables I’ve listed, as well as grass-fed organic yogurt.
I also make this smoothie, daily:
    - 1-2 cups of Coconut Milk
    - A handful of blue berries.
    - One Banana.
    - 2 Avocados.
    - 20-25 Almonds.
    - One scoop of whey protein (from a reliable Canadian source, it’s grass-fed and organic).

    - Hit the cold shower again for around 5 minutes. I don’t skin brush here, as I do it in the morning. I just apply body wash (from Health Ranger store website).

    - Take the Magnesium supplement dosed at around 2 teaspoons. From the Calm brand, linked by CD. (this helps me a lot, but I don’t rotate sleep supplements, as I find this to be perfectly healing and I never had much of a problem with sleep in the first place).

    - I want to start meditating at this time, towards the end of the day for 20 minutes or so (around 11:30pm).

    - I’m asleep by 12AM, and ready to hit the cold showers by 9:30 AM.

    Things I’m adding:
    - Just ordered Lions Mane and Bacopa from LEH. I also bought Gotu Kola from a local health store. How should I rotate these? I can’t seem to find anything written about them on TMO. Max out takes them daily, but CD doesn’t - what’s the consensus?
    Is this good enough?
    Lion’s Mane: Every Other Day
Bacopa and Gotu Kola: 3 times a week, thinking switching between them like Chlorella/Spirulina, or one week this and one week and that. How does that sound?

    - Giving more importance to meditation.

    -Talking to girls more.

    - Only thing I am slipping up on is masturbation. I want to do it once every 2 weeks. I don’t use porn anymore.

That’s about it. I hope I didn’t miss anything. Please please let me know if there’s anything I can add!!

    Crucial question!!!
Can I bake chicken (in the oven) with Olive Oil? If not, what should I do? I cook everything with Coconut Oil or steamed with vegetables, but obviously I can’t bake with Coconut Oil as it smokes past 350C. I bake at around 450C. Let me know kindly how I should approach baking my chicken. Wouldn’t want to ruin progress or halt it completely for something like this.

    Hi Hope,

Your regimen looks solid. Don’t overthink it too much or be too hard on yourself with the doubt and the need for validation. Spend some of those brain cells on something other than PFS

Concerning the bacopa / gotu kola / lions mane: if I recall correctly TMO recommends taking those daily.

If you want to be 100% safe on cooking anything, use ghee. It has a high smoke point and comes loaded with buteric acid.
But using other oils like olive or coconut will never ruin your progress. The only oils you should ever avoid are plant based, as those are highly processed and loaded with omega 6, triggering inflammation.

Definitely don’t delay including meditation. And work on your mental health by not worrying too much about tiny deviations on the protocol and the perceived effect it has on your progress.
Chronic worry gets under your skin easily and will overload your sympathetic nervous system (which in turn lowers your parasympathetic nervous system, which is the one responsible for digestion, wellbeing and sexual function)

    Good luck and keep fighting!

You can take the "Brain" supplements daily. taking a break every month or so for about a week.
