When it comes to sleep, does the glycine brand matter?

I see the NOW brand was recommended on TMO, and it's free-form.

However, the Bulk Supplements brand is cheaper, but it's not free-form.

Is there any difference in sleep or anything else anyone noticed by changing brands, especially to a non-free-form product?

Also, while we're talking about Glycine, what's everyone's sweet spot in terms of dosage?

Mine seems to be about 5-6 g.
