Diarrhea Advice

Following up on my food poisoning thread, 6 days later and I still have it. When I initially came down with it my libido went to shit, half my cock went numb (an original crash symptom I had) and it’s still this way today. I’ve crapped so much water during this bout that I’ve lost weight and caved and took 2 Kaopectate tablets (same as pepto bismol) to relieve the endless crapping. I was thinking about a short fast to heal the gut and libido As this has made me have a loss of words.

Should I of not taken the anti diarrhea med? What can I take instead that’s natural ? I didn’t mean to take the OTC I just didn’t want to see a doctor and go down that rabbit hole..

You could have taken some immodium as well. It would have been fine.
