    vitamin B1 B2 B5 and B6 to avoid?

    Good evening everyone,

    Do you know if vitamin B1 B2 B5 and B6 can cause methylation problems?
    B1 = thiamine
    B2 = riboflavine
    B5 = pantothénique acid
    B6 = pyridoxine

    I ask the question because I consumed magnesium before going to sleep, and 1 hour later I had a nice erection.

    The next day (today) I had less brain fog and more energy.

    So I don't know if I can continue to take this magnesium which has been positive for me or not. (I would especially not want to have this problem of methylation which seems dramatic)

    (I usually buy 100% magnesium. But I had no more, so I consumed what I had in my cupboard ; magnésium with vitamine B)
