Thanks for all the thoughts all. I just want my money back at this point and "slander" was the wrong term to use there. It seems they (AF) have always used PP's coat tails as a sales ride, but when it comes to advertising one product and shipping another it seems unlawful. I'm sure they are banking on the fact that no one wants the law any closer than needed due to the surrounding government interest in PH / AAS lately.
I'm sure I would be using a different tone here if I was 5-6 weeks into a cycle!

Truth is an absolute defense to an allegation of slander, or libel in this case, since it's printed.
Androfucktory would have to prove that they weren't what you claimed them to be and would have to prove measurable damages. And we all know that isn't going to happen.
