The Mountain Dog Diet – A Healthier Way to Get Lean/Add Muscleor Both!

I've been reading a lot from John Meadows lately and all I have to say is that this dude is amazing and knows his shit!
Good sounding info here. I am a bit burned out on meat to be honest, but I think I will start eating grass fed beef and more wild salmon. I think on the last solid program I was on, I was just sick of chicken...

Can't believe I forgot to mention WATER!!
I drink 1-2 gallons a day and drink ice tea when I'm out.
I try to get 8 blender bottles of water a day. 20oz times 8 = 160oz of water. I have started to drop starbucks drinks, soda pop, and fruit smoothies from my diet too. A lot of my calories used to come in that way. And I know better..

Eat Wild - Find Your State

You can get some ground beef for about $5/LB; maybe cheaper, but thats what I'm paying at the moment. You don't have to worry about the fat in this meat.

There is a butcher where I live, and it's actually where my brother gets his Grass fed beef. I'm digging the link you posted too, thank you very much bro.

@ Scope. That salad looks off the hook bro. Love the avacodos and the peppers!

Tasted better than it looked and I doubled it half way threw by adding in more salad mix and broccoli to it.

Really good stuff in this thread! I'm cutting now as I put on some fat on my Andromass cycle.
Very roughly, my schedule is like this.

    Wake up.
    Aminos & MCT oil
    Workout
12am Carb based meal maybe 600kcal
    3pm Aminos & MCT oil
6pm med fat high protein zero carb meal
Bedtime Aminos & MCT oil. Maybe some almond butter and a oatcake.

I'm using Slin-Sane before my carb meal, and some other stuff like ECA, Pes Alpha T-2, and I should mention 6AL/6AH & Dermacrine.
I was about 93kgs eight weeks ago and am now 87kgs. My gool is 10-12% bf, strength but not size as my joints are better when I'm lighter.

Agreed on everything sans the meals/metabolism part. There's nothing to back this up despite the constantly purported "6 meals per day" rhetoric that's in the magazines.
